Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups gram flour


  • 1 cups crumbleed paneer


  • 1 cups boiled sweet corn


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp ajwain/ carrom seeds


  • 2-3 tbsp mix of grated ginger, chopped coriander and chopped green chilli


  • 2 cups water


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • In a bowl take gram flour, rice flour and water, and mix it well to form a smooth batter. Also add salt, ajwain to this mixture and also the consistency of batter should be thin.
  • In a bowl, add panner, boiled sweet corn, salt, mix of grated ginger, chopped coriander , chopped green chillies and give a good mix.
  • Heat a non-stick pan well and brush some oil
  • Take a big laddle full of batter and spread it thinly on a pan, let it cook for 2 minutes and spread a layer of pizza sauce and the paneer corn mixture thoroughly on the pancake and over this, pour another ladle full of batter so that it covers the stuffing.
  • Flip and cook the other side as well on medium flame.
  • Transfer it to a plate and cut into two pieces and roll it and wrap it with a paper napkin and enjoy.
  • Enjoy stuffed paneer corn pancake.
